Program Details

Following the recent announcement of our 2025 Board Practice Development Program, which will focus on Board Effectiveness (Course 1) and Strategic and Ethical Leadership (Course 2), we are happy to open registrations for the first course, planned to take place on February 6-7, 2025, at our ClubHouse.


The curriculum of this course will cover topics like:

  • Roles and responsibilities at the board level.
  • An analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of each individual participant.
  • The setting of tone and culture at the top.
  • The influencing skills required at the board level as a personal contribution.
  • The nature of dysfunctional boards.
  • Understanding and development of the balance between short and long-term board value.


We invite you to participate and take your professional development to the next level. Participation to Course 1 is limited to only 16 Members, so hurry up to secure your seat!

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Course requires the completion of an online Assessment, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and specific pre-reading indicated by the Program's Director, Andrew Kakabadse.

    • Visiting Chair of a Board shares personal experience on challenges in the Greek market

    • Complete the TKI. Team and individual feedback. Comparison between Executive Profiling findings and TKI outcomes

    • Case 3 - Kerry Schwartz. A real-live case heavily disguised. Fully interactive discussion in small groups. Plenary presentation
